The successful candidate will be working at the clients headquarters based in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. This is a permanent position and will include, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:

• Handling operational management of the rope access division which involves supporting income streams who require rope access support.
• Managing the operational equipment, making sure any repairs or servicing is carried out efficiently and effectively.
• Providing support in all aspects of the business that involve current and up-coming project scopes where rope access is needed.
• Supervising Rope Access Technicians.
• Attend client visits when necessary to promote the Rope Access provision for the business.
• Handling risk assessments, method statements and rescue plans.
• Responsible for the health and safety of all work scopes.

As part of the role you will work alongside the Asset Integrity Income Stream and report to the Head of Asset Integrity.

The right candidate should hold the following qualifications and experience:

• An IRATA Level 3 Certification
• Hold at least six years Operational experience as an IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Supervisor
• Experience managing rope access projects within the offshore or Renewables industries
