Win a Two Night Luxury Glamping Stay - Terms & Conditions

These are the terms and conditions for the ‘Win a Luxury Glamping Stay’ competition, offered to participants of People with Energy’s market survey. A winner will be drawn by the 30th April 2021, with the winner being contacted directly and the results shared on People with Energy’s website and social media. The promotion is being organised by RWD Click on behalf of People with Energy. For any enquiries please contact info@rwd.click.

Details of the prize:
  1. Prize is a two night stay of two glamping pods, plus a luxury food hamper, worth a total prize fund of £500.
  2. The stay will be at Barn Owl Glade, in Brampton Suffolk.
  3. The stay must be of two consecutive nights, with two pods, with a maximum number of 8 guests. Each pod has a fixed double bed and a double sofabed meaning they can accommodate up to 4 people. Guests will have use of the heated indoor swimming pool and communal fire pit, and facilities as specified by Barn Owl Glade.
  4. No bookings available in August 2021.
  5. The winner will be responsible for travel and expenses related to the stay.
  6. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
Competition Terms and Conditions
  1. The promoter is PWE Recruitment Group Ltd (company no.01701950) whose registered office is at 7 Hungate, Beccles, Suffolk, NR34 9TT, UK and the competition is being run by RWD Click Ltd (company no. 08347819) whose registered office is at 60 Thorpe Road, Norwich, NR1 1RY.
  2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of People with Energy and RWD Click, and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  5. To enter the competition, entrants must complete People with Energy’s survey and leave their contact details as specified.
  6. Only one entry will be accepted per person.
  7. The competition runs from 26th March 2021 to the 9th April 2021, and a winner will be drawn by the 30th April. The winner will be contacted, and the results will be shared online on People with Energy’s website no later than 7th May 2021. These dates are subject to change at the discretion of People with Energy and RWD Click.
  8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  10. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  11. Winners will be chosen at random, with a name drawn out of a hat.
  12. The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  13. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  14. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  15. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  16. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  17. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: info@rwd.click
  18. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  19. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or Mailchimp.

  21. RWD Click will judge the competition and decide on the winner, which will be picked at random from all complete entries.
  22. RWD Click’s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
  23. RWD Click shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
  24. People with Energy and/or RWD Click also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
